Perfect day out here in Plano, Texas by 6am to start this 65 Sqr roof. Tore off down to deck by 7:30. Had to replace one pipe Jack and 1 sheet of decking and a few chimney flashings. Crew is running hot and heavy to get it knocked out today. This is how it's done! No re using old felt, decking inspection, flashing replacement, ice and water shield in the valleys and around penetrations and synthetic felt. Completion photos to come later.
