𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

As a Salt Truck Operator, you will receive training on equipment safety, operation, path of motion, and product application.

Our fleet of application vehicles does not require a CDL license. However, you must be comfortable operating a large truck during adverse weather conditions.

Most shifts occur between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM but may extend throughout the day, especially following a winter event.

Salt Truck Operators must be dependable, arrive on time, maintain a clean driving record, and be prepared to load their truck with material using a skid steer. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Safely and efficiently operate the vehicle and apply the correct amount of product according to specified site maps.
• Arrive on time and ready to work.
• Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events.
• Load the truck with material using a skid steer.

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours

🌟 What You’ll Do

As an Operations Admin, you’ll help keep our branch running smoothly by:

• Managing timesheets and ensuring accurate, timely payroll
• Overseeing subcontractor invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintaining customer information and CRM records
• Training, scheduling, and overseeing event dispatch operations
• Keeping operational systems up to date with landscape and snow schedules
• Helping develop and maintain company SOPs
• Managing uniform inventory
• Supporting daily office administration
• Assisting with pre- and post-storm meetings and snow-event operations
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and branch meetings
• Traveling to other branch locations when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Working smartphone
• Reliable transportation

🕐 Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
30-minute lunch break

Extended hours and varying schedules may be required during peak seasons, including winter storm events.

Another successful quarterly meeting is in the books!
