Dan and Carol Beth had a great time facilitating a Strategic Planning workshop in Fairhope, AL with leaders of the Alabama Community College System's Innovation Center.

These leaders are serious about creating valuable training for Alabama Industry.

We presented an overview of the Strategic Planning process as a whole, explored how much time managers and directors should devote to ex*****on versus people development and strategic planning. We then did a deep dive in conducting department and program level SWOT Analysis.

Leaders walked away with homework to conduct their own SWOT analyses, align their priorities with the organizational vision, and then create a realistic ex*****on timeline visible to the rest of the team.

We recently traveled to Bethesda Maryland to work with Lockheed Martin leaders.

Wes and Heath facilitated an incredible session on the Pressure and Expectations of Leadership at each level.

I love the way these men have expanded and improved this content.

This workshop was one of the participant's favorites for the week!
