A legacy is more than what we accomplish. It is what we leave behind in the lives of others. Dolly Parton’s legacy will certainly include the songs, the awards, the stages, and the unmistakable voice that became known around the world. But perhaps her greatest legacy is found beyond all of that. She reminds us that true legacy is not built by what we accumulate. It is built by what we give away. Thank you, Dolly, for leaving the world better than you found it. Your legacy lives on.

We were honored to help kick off this year’s Excellence in Leadership Program with the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce

Eagle Center for Leadership had the opportunity to facilitate our Make a Difference seminar, where participants explored personality styles and discovered how understanding themselves is an important first step toward better understanding and connecting with others.

Through this experience, participants gained insights and tools to improve communication, build stronger relationships, increase collaboration, and lead with greater impact.

We are always grateful for opportunities to partner with organizations that are investing in the growth and development of leaders in our community.

Watching leaders gain new insights, strengthen their connections with others, and discover ways they can make a greater difference is why we love what we do!

The day was filled with meaningful conversations, learning, reflection, and connection as these leaders explored the impact they have on the people and communities around them.

We’re proud to once again serve as a Partner in Education with Frances Nungester Elementary School!

We kicked off the new school year together at the Partners in Education Breakfast, and it was a great reminder of how meaningful these partnerships can be for our schools and our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity and it’s a privilege to play even a small part in the journey of these students and the amazing people who invest in them every day.
