It's Norton time! 🍷

The boys are putting in work to get the next vintage rolling. 💪🏼

After getting the grapes, Murph adds dry ice to cold macerate (meaning soften or break down) the grape skins so that they break down further before we start fermentation. The reason we do this is to keep the fermentation on the skins as long as possible before they're flavor profile changes. 🍇

After the dry ice, they go into Minnesota Oak barrels, in which they will live for the next 12 to 18 months.🪵
