Staci Zellen

Staci Zellen I ignored every sign my body and life sent me until something broke. I had to become the one I’d been waiting for. The roadmap is already within you.

Now I help burnt-out moms on the brink — exhausted, doing everything for everyone — stop before (or after) they break, so they don't just heal; they transform. Like so many others, it took a life-changing event for me to realize that no one was coming to save me. I learned that true healing and growth start from within, and that the decision to reclaim your health, your joy, and your power begins

with you. Sometimes you just need a safe space, the right tools, and a guide to help you access it. That’s what I’m here for. Let’s uncover what’s possible together.

I'll be the first one to call myself out on this.

Night after night, I'd get into bed ready to wind down and tell myself I'm only going to look at my phone for a few minutes. Then BAM — an hour passed, then another thirty minutes. I'd be so mad at myself because I knew I was setting myself up for a hard day ahead. One where I needed a second or third cup of coffee. One where I didn't have the energy to workout. One where my fuse would be so short I'd snap at my kids or my husband or both.

It wasn't until I was working with a client who was sharing her sleep issues that it all started to become clear where her problem started: scrolling through social media on her phone at bedtime and getting less than five hours of sleep.

She put her phone away an hour before bed and replaced it with something fun to read instead. After one week, she was sleeping better and her days were getting better.

Then I caught myself literally on my phone scrolling in bed and felt the proverbial knock on my head telling me to wake up.

That night, I put my phone in my closet, grabbed a book, and committed to trying this for two weeks.

It's been almost three years since I made that change and overall my sleep is great.

Parent yourself in the loving way you parent your children and see what happens.

Send this to the mom who is always complaining about her sleep problems, but maybe sleep is not her problem.

Share this with that special friend and let her know how much you love and appreciate her. 💕

Here's what breaks the procrastination cycle: one small win before you rest.

If you're the burnt-out mom drowning in everything left undone, this one's for you.

Tomorrow, try this: spend 15 minutes ⏱️ on the one thing that matters most. Just 15 minutes. Before you sit down with your coffee ☕️, before you give yourself that peace.

Get one win. Then nourish yourself.

Notice what shifts when you're not carrying the weight into your rest time.

And at the end of the day, pause for one sentence: What's one thing I'm proud I did today?

Not ten things. One.

That one sentence rewires the loop from "I did nothing" to "I moved."

You deserve both. Rest and momentum. Let's start there. 💛

I help burnt-out moms on the brink build momentum without giving up the peace they need. Follow along for daily practices that actually work.

You wake up early ☀️ and do more before 8am than most people.

Kids ready, teeth brushed, snacks packed, dog walked, trash out, dropped off at school — it's barely 8:05 and you feel like you're winning. 🙌

Finally, a peaceful and quiet moment to yourself. Your coffee ☕️. Maybe you scroll, or meet a friend for brunch. You tell yourself you deserve it — because you do.

But before you know it, you have to leave to get the kids, and your nervous system starts to spiral. 😮‍💨 You look around the house and realize none of what you actually needed to get done got done.

So you go to bed upset with yourself. You did it again. The laundry's still piling up. And by the time your head hits the pillow 🌙, you have nothing left to give — not even to the people you love most.

If this is you, follow me so you don't miss part 2 dropping tomorrow. I'm showing you how to break the cycle without giving up the peace you need. 💛

You can know exactly why you over-function and still do it every single day.

Therapy does its job - it shows you the pattern, where it started, why you say yes when you mean no.

Some therapists even walk you further, into what to actually do about it. But no one can do the next part for you. That part only happens if you're willing to act on what you now know.

But there's a step in between knowing and changing that most of us skip: actually accepting what it'll cost you to stop. The pushback. The guilt. The people who liked the old version of you better.

Awareness shows you the pattern. Acceptance is where you stop fighting it and let it land in your body.

Aligned action is what finally changes it. Skip the middle, and the third one never sticks.

That's why so many women stay stuck even after years of "working on it.

Agree or disagree? I'd love to hear what lands for you in the comments.

I missed my turn… again.

If you're blanking out while driving, that's your body screaming for help.

That panic you feel when you realize you blanked out? That's not weakness. That's your survival instinct kicking in.

Listen to it. 🚗💔

Has this ever happened to you? Tell me in the comments. And follow for more real talk.

My breakfast used to be store-bought frozen stuff, cereal, yogurts — the "healthy" options were still loaded with sugar, fat and carbs, and I'd be hungry again an hour later.

It took breaking two bones in my right ankle over 7 years ago to finally slow down. Between the conflicting information I was getting from my doctors and the conflicting information I found doing my own research, I chose to get real simple with my nutrition.

This one strategy became such an easy habit that I've kept it going for 7+ years — and it's a big part of how I lost 25 lbs.
