⏰ Fall back without falling into sleep chaos!
Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 1st, and while an extra hour of sleep sounds wonderful, parents know our little ones don’t always get the memo! 😅
The good news? You don’t need to spend weeks adjusting your child’s schedule to prepare for the time change.
I’ve broken down my three favorite approaches based on your child’s age and current sleep schedule. Whether you have a newborn, a baby taking two naps, or a toddler with a consistent routine, there’s a way to make this transition easier!
✨ My biggest piece of advice? Don’t overthink it! A little consistency and patience go a long way, and most little ones will settle into the new time naturally.

And tell me in the comments: Are you team “adjust the schedule” or team “cold turkey”? 👇
