That's why we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone alongside the launch of LCS Life+™: 100% of LCS communities have at least one team member that has completed a nationally recognized wellness certification through the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) helping bring leading healthy aging and whole-person wellness principles into everyday resident experiences.

With this training, 308 team members have been equipped to guide residents on personalized well-being journeys, helping them identify meaningful goals with support from an ICAA-certified team member.
