A key part of the program is Linda Vermette, Health and Wellness Navigator, who partners with residents to navigate options, plan proactively, and feel confident in their decisions.

At Freedom Plaza Sun City Center, a casual table tennis conversation led to a remarkable discovery for two residents. Jim & Paul weren’t just new friends, they were college roommates at Michigan State more than 60 years ago.
