Duchman Family W**ery Summer Supper Club World Tour Series has concluded, but Chef Antonio certainly went out with a bang! He treated us to an unforgettable culinary journey through Asia. General Manager, Tommy Wellford hosted the evening and welcomed guests knowing we were all in for a truly special night.
The event began with a special welcome w**e, the 2021 Roussane from the collection of Duchman Library W**es. The w**e was tasting spectacular and vibrant. Tommy and Courtney - Duchman House Sommelier, tasted the w**e earlier this month and knew it was something special to share, setting the tone for an evening of exploration and indulgence. As we embarked on our culinary adventure, each course was a masterpiece, thoughtfully crafted to highlight the vibrant and diverse flavors of Asia.
đźŞThe first course featured Char Sui Duck Bao, paired with Duchman Sangiovese, highlighting Korean and Chinese cooking styles.
đźŞThe second course included Brisket Adobo with Crab Fried Rice, complemented by Texas Bianco, showcasing Filipino and Thai influences.
đźŞFor dessert, a Matcha Panna Cotta with Chai Spiced Caramel and Summer Stone Fruit Compote was served with “It’s a Long Story,” merging Japanese and Indian flavors.
Throughout the evening, the ambiance and staff was nothing short of magical. ✨ Soft candlelight and the gentle musical tunes created an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie. Staff were seamless in service anticipating our every need and keeping the flow smooth from course to course. Guests lingered after the last course, savoring the final sips of w**e and the joyful connections made over the meal.
As we bid farewell to the Summer Supper Club, our hearts were full of gratitude for the exceptional culinary journey and the memories crafted together.
