That’s how much of your content a potential customer needs to consume, across 7 different interactions on 4 different media types, before they’re ready to pull out their credit card.

Let that sink in.

Right now there are people in your market who have never heard of you. They don’t know you. They don’t like you. They don’t trust you. To them you’re just another person trying to sell them something.

The only way to change that is to show up. Consistently. Across multiple platforms. With content that actually gives them something valuable every single time.

11 hours sounds like a lot. But every video you post, every email you send, every podcast you drop, that’s another minute on the clock.

Since COVID it kinda feels like customer service has taken a back seat.

It’s a must that your facility has top tier customer service.

We train our employees by asking “what would you have to do to make sure the customer says, you don’t have to do that”

Here’s the pricing mistake I see golf business owners make over and over again.

They set their rates based on what they personally think is too much to charge. Their own internal number. Their own idea of what’s expensive.

But here’s the thing, you are not your customer. Your customer isn’t thinking about what it costs you to deliver the lesson. They’re thinking about one thing, is what I’m getting worth what I’m paying?

That’s it. That’s the whole equation.

If you can deliver a service that exceeds the cost, you’re winning. And if you’re doing that right now and still charging what you charged three years ago? You’re leaving money on the table out of your own fear. Not theirs.

Price the value. Not your comfort zone.

Read that again.

If your business falls apart the second you step away, you don’t own a business. You own a job that can’t survive without you.

Pass the two week test. Leave for two weeks. If the money is still coming in, you built something real.
