We’re proud to share that Total Communications, Inc has been recognized as a Mitel Public Sector Expert, certified through December 2026.

Our relationship with Mitel began in 1989, but the story started even earlier. In the ’80s, we were primarily an Executone reseller, offering small and mid-sized key telephone systems. Executone’s OEM partnerships introduced us to Mitel, and before long, we went direct, beginning a collaboration that’s lasted for decades.

From those early PBX systems to today’s advanced unified communications, this milestone celebrates our shared commitment to innovation and service excellence in the public sector.
