Macey joined the HOA Assist team in 2024 and currently serves as a Team Lead in Customer Support. With a strong background in customer service, she is passionate about delivering efficient, empathetic support and creating a seamless experience for homeowners, board members, and vendors.

With experience in escalations and team training, Macey values clear communication, efficiency, and empathy in every interaction. She is committed to supporting HOA Assist’s mission by being a reliable resource when questions arise and helping empower boards and homeowners through clear, helpful support.

In her free time, Macey enjoys playing music. She also loves traveling to the beach and enjoying fun activities such as fairs and theme parks.

This week’s team feature: Senior Accountant, Ashley!

In May 2023, Ashley graduated with an Associates in Accounting from Ridgewater College. Before Ashley graduated, she worked in banking and bookkeeping. She started as an accounting assistant at Gassen in November of 2022, later became a staff accountant at HOA Assist in 2023 and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2025. As Ashley prepares financial statements for each association, she enjoys learning about various aspects of accounting.
