Today we are highlighting Mary!

Mary joined HOA Assist in 2024 and has quietly supported the team behind the scenes ever since. With over a decade of experience in accounting and five years dedicated to supporting HOA boards, she brings both expertise and reliability to her role. Mary takes pride in helping boards feel confident and supported, knowing they can depend on HOA Assist to keep processes efficient and accurate.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys doing little things with the whole family to make memories for her kids! She enjoys immersing herself in music, especially discovering new Christian songs. She also values meaningful conversations, often finding inspiration in listening to friends and acquaintances share their life stories and experiences.

Macey joined the HOA Assist team in 2024 and currently serves as a Team Lead in Customer Support. With a strong background in customer service, she is passionate about delivering efficient, empathetic support and creating a seamless experience for homeowners, board members, and vendors.

With experience in escalations and team training, Macey values clear communication, efficiency, and empathy in every interaction. She is committed to supporting HOA Assist’s mission by being a reliable resource when questions arise and helping empower boards and homeowners through clear, helpful support.

In her free time, Macey enjoys playing music. She also loves traveling to the beach and enjoying fun activities such as fairs and theme parks.
