-Professionally organize, research and price every item in the home.
-Market your sale on social media, outdoor signs and on local estate sale websites.
-Manage all of the sales, taxes and money during the sale.
-Provide tables, racks, bins, stickers, receipt books and any other necessary item to hold the sale.
-Professionally staff the sale, if needed.
-Work with you to remove any unsold items from your sale. Growing up as an adopted kid, my mom told me she'd pick me again every night before bed. Now that saying is often said to my adopted son, too. Tabbi has 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. In 2020, she started reselling on Etsy and fell in love with it and the community that surrounds it. In 2023, she hosted her first estate sale and is diving right in to the business. Tabbi's experience in marketing offers the customer smart options to increase traffic not only online but inside the doors of each sale. Marsha is a retired police officer of 30 years and has spent the last 13 years cleaning homes for 30+ customers in the metro. Marsha hosted her first sale in 2023 as well and comes with a vast knowledge of antiques and collectibles and is great with customers. She is one of the hardest workers you will find!
