I Pick You Estate Sales Our sales are organized, staged and professionally staffed. As a shopper, we offer fair pricing & discount days! Our name, I Pick You, means a whole lot to us.

Our estate sales are commission-based and we always provide a contract to make you feel protected through the entirety of the agreement. We are a mom + daughter duo and full-service estate liquidation service dedicated to helping families through changes in their life, whether it be a death, moving, divorce or downsizing. We offer a variety of options when hiring us - from cleaning services to a r

obust marketing plan to ensure there are plenty of customers at your sale. What we do:
-Professionally organize, research and price every item in the home.
-Market your sale on social media, outdoor signs and on local estate sale websites.
-Manage all of the sales, taxes and money during the sale.
-Provide tables, racks, bins, stickers, receipt books and any other necessary item to hold the sale.
-Professionally staff the sale, if needed.
-Work with you to remove any unsold items from your sale. Growing up as an adopted kid, my mom told me she'd pick me again every night before bed. Now that saying is often said to my adopted son, too. We also want you to feel confident in knowing that by picking us to do your estate sale, we are committed to honesty, fair pricing, a quick and easy sale for the family and so much more. Our backgrounds:
Tabbi has 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. In 2020, she started reselling on Etsy and fell in love with it and the community that surrounds it. In 2023, she hosted her first estate sale and is diving right in to the business. Tabbi's experience in marketing offers the customer smart options to increase traffic not only online but inside the doors of each sale. Marsha is a retired police officer of 30 years and has spent the last 13 years cleaning homes for 30+ customers in the metro. Marsha hosted her first sale in 2023 as well and comes with a vast knowledge of antiques and collectibles and is great with customers. She is one of the hardest workers you will find! • Trash runs in the morning. Please do not block neighbors trash cans.
•Mail also runs so please do not block mailboxes.
•We appreciate the neighbors patience during our 3-day estate sale so please park where cars can get through, do not block driveways and many have sprinkler systems so be mindful before driving into their grass.

We’ve definitely hit on the deer, tools and porch goose clothes but here’s 🖐🏼 unexpected finds at this week’s estate sale.
1. Several quilts
2. From heart shaped quit stands to wood carved bow hangers, there’s a nod of Cottagecore everywhere.
3. Tons of aviary cages, feeders, nesting boxes - we’ve got so much here for your bird friends.
4. A working tanning bed 😎
