🪳 Viral does not mean proven. Avocado oil cooking spray is not a reliable way to get rid of Cockroaches.

A spray that directly coats one Cockroach might affect that insect, but that does not make the cooking spray an effective treatment. There is no good evidence that this avocado oil product controls a Cockroach infestation. Studies about insecticidal soap test different, specifically formulated products. They do not prove that cooking oil spray works.

The bigger problem is that spraying one visible crack cannot reach Cockroaches hiding behind appliances, inside cabinets, or in other protected areas. It does not control the hidden population or address the food, moisture, and shelter that help Cockroaches persist. One insect being hit is not the same as getting rid of the problem. 🏠🔍
