Here’s the thing… I have the most amazing and adventurous sister and she just deals with my sense of humor. You guys know Lucy and Taco but have you met Kellita yet? She was MUCH smaller when she was given to me when I moved into this new space but here we are… she’ll be repotted soon but until then I’ll still take her out for fresh air and a bit of sun ☀️ (while I can still move her 😅😂)

When I have the opportunity to teach Deload Week at unfortunately I’m not teaching your traditional yoga class… 😏

It’s less chasing poses and more understanding your body. Working for movement that feels good after the weight of the day or the weight of the bar (see what I did there, lol). Breath and structural support over the depth of poses and big strength moves have always been my focus. ♥️
