Good workout. I I used a recombinant stepper machine for 30 minutes of which 5, 10, and 20 were very, moderately, and mildly intense respectively.

Just did a nice 21 minute bike ride with two brief sprints one up to 165 rpm or 5.5 steps per second. Then I did a 16 minute isometrics workout.
