I am not going to discuss the details our book but I can say it will have a unique focus.

Three nice photos I commit to my database of mental images for year 2026.

Two of the photos are of my side yard and one is a cloud enshrined image of this Summer’s lunar eclipse.

It is always good to have pleasant outdoor images for recall from your memories.

Even though I work in the field of advanced space craft propulsion technology I still must say I love emotions.

Had three large Diet Cokes from McDonald’s this afternoon. Now I am in a nice relaxed but mildly euphoric mood.

I spent two hours outside in the sunshine and this was excellent for my emotions.

Could we ever become biologically immortal via scientific and medical advances? Perhaps. Physical immortality would enable unlimited travel distances away from Earth.

I am happy to mention that I am back on my diet and am counting calories and coming in under my daily limits.

For me dieting is a struggle but I am back on the bandwagon.

Just did a 27 minute isometrics workout of 27 different exercises one minute each without any breaks.

Isometrics are great because they do not stress the joints.

Used a stepping machine for 30
minutes today with 5 minutes very vigorously.

Found a great way to strengthen your entire legs. You simply slightly bend your outstretched legs and then tighten all your leg muscles for 1 min.

Just did a very vigorous 22 minute isometrics workout. I had to breathe out of my mouth per heavy continuous workout with no breaks.
