1. AWCI’s Facebook group content removal policy. AWCI will remove from its Facebook group any content that it, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful or violate the Facebook User Agreement, including content that is bullying, intimidating, haras
sing, false or misleading, malicious, discriminatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually related, inappropriate, irrelevant, libelous, abusive, commercial in nature, or otherwise not in AWCI’s best interests.
2. AWCI’s policy for terminating/limiting participation in its Facebook group. AWCI may, with or without prior written notice, terminate or limit a user’s access to its Facebook group if AWCI, in its sole discretion, believes the user’s actions to be unlawful, in violation of the Facebook User Agreement, or otherwise not in AWCI’s best interests. AWCI may, in its sole discretion, terminate or limit a user’s access to its Facebook group if the user posts content that is not permitted according to its content removal policy.
3. AWCI’s Facebook group privacy policy. Each user should consider all content posted by, or otherwise available through, AWCI’s Facebook group as publicly accessible. By accessing AWCI’s Facebook group, each user agrees, to the fullest extent of the law and consistent with the Facebook User Agreement, to indemnify and hold harmless AWCI and its officers, directors, volunteers and employees, against all damages, liabilities and associated legal or dispute resolution expenses or fees related to content posted in, or available through, AWCI’s Facebook group.
