Database Management & Recruiter Support (Part-Time)
Executive Recruiting Firm – Insurance, Legal and Wealth Management
Location: Elkridge, MD
Our executive recruiting firm, specializing in insurance, legal and wealth management, is seeking a part-time team member to support our recruiters and help manage and enhance our database. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in breaking into the recruiting field or gaining deeper exposure to the insurance, legal or wealth management industry.
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Database Management: Maintain, organize, and update candidate and client records.
• Research & Target Lists: Build lists of potential candidates and companies for active job searches.
• Email Marketing: Develop and send targeted email campaigns to engage candidates and generate leads for new job openings.
• Industry Research: Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools to research contacts and keep the database current.
• Industry Knowledge: Learn common roles and apply this understanding when building marketing and outreach lists.
• Additional Support: Assist recruiters with various administrative and research tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• Junior or senior in college preferred. Open to High School Seniors.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; willing and able to learn our internal database systems.
• GPA 3.0+ is a plus.
• Previous exposure to Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR is a plus.
• Majors in Risk Management, Business or Insurance-related fields are a plus.
