EMS Alarm Systems customers — we want to make you aware that Alarm.com is currently experiencing a widespread service outage that may affect the Alarm.com app and remote services.

You may experience issues such as:

• Unable to log into the Alarm.com app
• App showing your system as offline
• Trouble remotely arming or disarming
• Delayed or unavailable camera/video access
• Communication or broadband failure messages on your security panel

⚠️ Please do not reset, reboot, or make changes to your security equipment at this time. The issue appears to be with the service platform and not your individual system.
