We’ve been sharing a lot about what’s next for Gillig W**ery, and as we head into October, we have to say one thing first: THANK YOU.

The support, excitement and encouragement surrounding this next chapter have meant more to us than we can say. And things are already happening!
*Nikki’s next chapter is taking off. Her first Taste of Tuscany Tour is well underway with bookings for May 2027, and she couldn’t be more excited to share this experience with everyone joining her.
*The Parlour Collective is coming to life. New events and experiences are popping up left and right here at Gillig W**ery, and Angie is already beginning to book private celebrations and gatherings for 2027.
*And there’s still plenty of Gillig to enjoy.

Our fall hours (Thur-Sat, 11:30AM - 9PM) will continue through December 19, and you’ll continue to see food, Gillig w**e, live music, and plenty of opportunities to gather with us along the way.

Continue to join us during our public events outside of regular hours, and purchase bottles and glasses of Gillig w**e while you’re here.There is so much happening behind the scenes, and seeing the excitement around what’s ahead has made this transition even more special.

Keep following along. We’ll continue sharing updates, new events, important W**e Club information and more of what’s taking shape at The Parlour Collective as we move through the fall.
For now, come enjoy this season with us. There’s a lot to celebrate, and we’re just getting started.

As Gillig W**ery continues its transition into its next chapter, we’re gradually reducing the number of w**e varieties we carry. That means as some w**es sell out, they won’t be returning to the shelves.

And the next one getting low is Strawberry Sensation.

🍷 Strawberry Sensation: White Merlot with added strawberry extract lead way to a pleasant sweetness for a wonderful and delicious sensation.

If this fruity Gillig favorite has a spot on your w**e rack, now is the time to stock up! Stop in, enjoy a glass while you’re here, and take a few bottles home for later.

We’ll continue letting you know as other varieties start getting low, so you have a chance to grab your favorites while you can.
