That's a wrap on a fantastic few days at Crystal Mountain!

Our team members Mya, Andrew, and Molly joined the MSBO Facilities/Operations Conference for a whirlwind of networking, industry connections, and plenty of fun along the way.

Sunday night's MVP Party kicked things off, Monday brought the tradeshow, and Monday evening wrapped up with the SERVPRO Party. And because a conference isn't complete without a little adventure, they also hit the chair lift and Crystal Coaster Alpine Slide!

We're grateful for the conversations, connections, and memories made. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a great event!

Help us wish a very happy 13-year work anniversary to Betsy and Troy! 💚🧡 Over the past 13 years, both have made their mark in very different ways.

Betsy has grown into our Lead Personal Property Technician, bringing her knowledge and dedication to every project and helping take care of the belongings that mean so much to our clients.

Troy began his journey with us as a Reconstruction Project Manager and has since transitioned to our Business Development team, using his experience to help strengthen relationships and grow our business.
