Danielle met with ServiceMaster today to review a loss that happened yesterday at one of our communities. A small kitchen fire in an upstairs unit caused the sprinkler system to deploy, resulting in water damage to two units.

When situations like this happen, our Community Association Managers are there to help coordinate the response, communicate with everyone involved, and help keep things moving toward recovery.

It’s a behind-the-scenes part that no one hopes to deal with, but when it happens, we’re there to help.
