Hey Yall!

As we head into the Fourth of July weekend, we want to wish everyone in Fredericksburg a safe and meaningful Independence Day!

As we celebrate our nation's 250th birthday, we're thankful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the incredible community we call home. This weekend also marks one year since the devastating floods that impacted so many across the Hill Country. We continue to remember those who lost loved ones, pray for the families whose lives were forever changed, and remain grateful for the first responders, neighbors, and volunteers who came together in a time of great need.

Whether you're spending the weekend at the parade, with family, or watching fireworks, we hope you have a safe and joyful holiday!

Snuck in one last spring turkey hunt before the season wrapped up 🦃🌿

Hard to beat mornings like this in the Hill Country. Everything is so green right now, the air has been cool and crisp, and the woods have just been alive lately. Really grateful for the rain we’ve been getting and for a chance to slow down and enjoy it for a bit.

And this one was extra special — my first turkey with a bow.

Fredericksburg is a pretty special place this time of year. Hope everyone’s been getting outside and soaking it all up too.

Playoff baseball is here!
Good luck to the Fredericksburg High School team as they kick things off this week. It’s always fun watching this group compete and represent the community so well.
We’ll be cheering y’all on — go Billies!

Praise God for the rain!!!

Everything is so green and beautiful right now. The mornings have been crisp and cool, and it really is such an amazing time of year to be in the Hill Country.

I was able to get some spring turkey hunting in between the showers, and it was unreal. Everything was so alive, and the birds were going crazy. It’s hard to beat living in Fredericksburg.

Hope everyone is soaking it up and enjoying it. Now keep the rain coming!
