Our purpose is to reach and restore the lives of women and children who have been impacted by extreme poverty and sex trafficking. We do this by helping businesses and organizations nationwide grow the right way through strategic consulting, branding, web design and development, and inbound marketing. Then, we'll help to build a digital brand system through branding, messaging, web design, photography, and videography. Finally, we'll ensure that your business can find and connect with the right people.

We've got some of our favorite team traditions coming up, including lunch & learns, PHam nights, and our annual PHall PHOStival!

Today we're celebrating Ben's 2-year workiversary at PHOS! 🍿🎉

If you've worked with Ben, you've probably experienced two things: you've learned something new, and you've laughed along the way.

Ben has a knack for making complex ideas easier to understand. Whether he's helping a client navigate a challenge or talking a teammate through a problem, he's generous with his knowledge and always willing to help.

But what really stands out is the way he combines that expertise with genuine care for people. He listens well, asks thoughtful questions, and always makes time for those around him. It's one of the many reasons he became PHOS's very first Raving Fan winner. 🤘

And as anyone who's spent time with Ben knows, there's a good chance he'll make you laugh before the conversation is over.

Ben, thank you for being someone our team can always learn from, laugh with, and count on. We're grateful for all you bring to PHOS and excited to see what the next chapter holds! 🎬💛

There’s a word in our mission statement that carries a lot of weight: flourishing. 💡

The word flourishing reminds us that people aren’t simply a means to an end. People is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why our mission is to cultivate true flourishing in people and organizations while reflecting the love of Jesus to the world.

It’s a reminder that the work we do is ultimately about more than campaigns, websites, or business outcomes.

The work matters, but so do the people doing it.

We are dedicated to creating an environment where people can grow and become more of who they were created to be. 💛

Two years ago, we had the privilege of helping Anew step into a new chapter through a rebrand.

One of the greatest gifts of that project was getting a closer look at the people behind the mission.

Over the years, we've been continually inspired by Alison Ungaro and the Anew team as they serve women in our community with incredible courage, compassion, and hope. Their commitment to restoring the lives of those impacted by s*x trafficking and s*xual exploitation is evident in everything they do.

We're celebrating our office superhero on her 4-year workiversary! 🦸‍♀️ 🎉

While we haven't spotted a cape, we're pretty sure Courtney has superpowers. 😆

As our Manager of Administration, Courtney somehow manages to do it all. Her hospitality and thoughtfulness are felt by everyone she encounters, and she has a gift for making people feel seen and heard. Whether she's remembering the little details, celebrating a teammate, or helping a client, she brings a level of care that's hard to put into words.

And that care doesn't stop when she leaves the office. Outside of the studio, you'll often find Courtney working in her garden, spending time with friends and family, or picking up a new hobby! 🎨🌻☺️

When you walk through the front door of PHOS Creative, one of the first things that catches your eye is likely our Light Wall.

Each one of those bulbs represents something this team celebrated together. A new client partnership, a new team member, care center launched, or anything deemed worthy of fulfilling our mission. When a moment like that happens, the whole team gathers and someone adds a new bulb.

The wall is our reminder of how our mission is being fueled and why we keep showing up, and we couldn't be more grateful for every bulb on it. 💛💡

This quarter, our team has been diving into The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry and Unreasonable Hospitality as part of our focus on intellectual flourishing.

One of the best parts has been hearing the different perspectives everyone brings to the conversation. We're learning a lot, asking challenging questions, and enjoying the opportunity to grow together along the way.
