TBT HERE’S A PHOTO TAKEN IN LODI , NJ RIP JAMES GANDOLFINI. TRUE STORY: SO I BECAME A DIRECT CONTACT AT THE VENUE FOR HBO BECAUSE I HAD THE KEYS TO THE DOOR OF THE CLUB AND AFTER THE FIRST SEASON FINISHED FILMING… I JOKED WITH JAMES AND TOLD HIM THAT NEXT YEAR HIS SHOW WAS GOING TO BLOW UP AND HE WAS GONNA BE SO BIG. HE WOULD FORGET WHO I WAS… AND LIKE THE TRUE JERSEY GUY THAT HE WAS… THE FIRST THING HE DID WHEN HE ARRIVED ON THE SET AND SAW ME WAS COME UP TO ME AND SHAKE MY HAND AND SAY HELLO WITH THAT SMIRK ON HIS FACE WHAT A FU***NG TRUE GENTLEMAN HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS ANYWAY IT WAS A PLEASURE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IN A LITTLE BIT OF TIME THAT I DID BEING LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE ON THE SET AT THE BADA BING CLUB IN LODI NEW JERSEY FOR THE FIRST TWO SEASONS. P.S. I used to sneak them (the fellas) some booze to the trailer once in a while to take the edge off IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW. 😂🫵🤣🫵
