🌿 International Year of the Woman Farmer Spotlight
This week, we’re proud to highlight Julie Pedroncelli St. John — President and third-generation family owner of Pedroncelli Winery in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley.
Julie has been part of the family business since 1988 and today leads one of Sonoma County’s most historic winemaking families, continuing a legacy that dates back to 1927. From navigating the challenges of Prohibition to evolving alongside the modern wine industry, the Pedroncelli family has remained deeply rooted in Sonoma County agriculture for nearly a century.
As President, Julie has helped guide the winery’s continued growth and evolution, playing a key role in revitalizing the brand while honoring the family’s longstanding commitment to quality and tradition. Today, Pedroncelli Winery proudly stands as a 100% women-owned business with women leading both the winery and winemaking team.
Julie’s leadership, vision, and dedication to family farming embody the spirit of Sonoma County agriculture and the women helping shape its future. 🍇
