We had a wonderful time pouring wine and visiting with guests at the 2026 Press Democrat North Coast Wine & Food Festival this past Saturday at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts.

We were honored to receive the following awards:

• 2021 Block 21 Cabernet Sauvignon — Best of Class, Double Gold, 99 Points
• 2024 Sauvignon Blanc — Double Gold, 95 Points
• 2023 Cabernet Franc — Gold

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, shared a taste, and spent part of their afternoon with us. Events like these are a great reminder of how fortunate we are to be part of Sonoma County’s vibrant food and wine community.

If you’re spending the weekend in Sonoma County, stop by one of our favorite local markets, pick up a few snacks, and join us at the winery. Find a shady spot, uncork a bottle of Rosé, and settle into the afternoon.

Sometimes the best days in wine country are the simplest ones. A good bottle, something to snack on, and nowhere else to be.

As the days get longer and the temperatures begin to climb, we find ourselves reaching for a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Our 2024 Estate Sauvignon Blanc from River Road Ranch opens with aromas of guava, lemongrass, and fresh citrus zest. On the palate, bright flavors of lemon curd are balanced by delicate white blossom notes, leading to a clean, lingering wet stone finish.

Grown in the Russian River Valley and crafted to preserve the variety’s natural freshness and vibrancy, this is a wine made for warm afternoons, seasonal meals, and easy conversation.

We’re proud to share that the 2024 vintage recently earned Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and 92 points from James Suckling.

The growing season is off to a beautiful start, and the 2026 vintage is shaping up nicely. There’s still a long road between now and harvest, but days like this make us excited for what’s ahead.

We’re proud to farm in Alexander Valley, one of Sonoma County’s most celebrated winegrowing regions. With warm days, cool nights, and diverse soils shaped by the Mayacamas and the Russian River, it’s a remarkable place to grow Bordeaux varietals with depth, balance, and structure.

Pictured here is our Geyserville Ranch, located in the heart of Alexander Valley. This special site is home to Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon vines rooted in clay loam and sandy clay soils at 227 feet elevation.
