Elite Industrial is hiring a Shop Machinist in Gillette, WY.

We’re looking for someone who can set up and run conventional machine tools, read prints, hold close tolerances, and take pride in quality repair work. Experience with manual lathes, boring mills, grinders, drill presses, and industrial equipment repair is a big plus.

This is hands-on shop work supporting industrial motors, rotating equipment, and customer repair jobs. Overtime available as workload requires.

What we’re looking for:
• Manual/conventional machining experience
• Ability to read prints and check work to spec
• Good attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work safely and as part of a team
• 2+ years related experience preferred
