Innovation DuPage, in partnership with College of DuPage, is now accepting applications for Emerging Entrepreneurs (E2), a free six-week workshop series for entrepreneurial-minded high school and college students (16+).

Throughout the program, students engage directly with local founders and innovators to explore the fundamentals of starting and running a business, while building connections with a peer group of like-minded students.

If you know a student who is curious about business, drawn to problem-solving, or considering starting a venture of their own, this program offers a valuable opportunity to explore that path.

Thank you to Jess Wain of Hobbs & Wain Advancement Partners for leading this morning's Grant Preparation Workshop at Innovation DuPage. Jess works with our Clean Energy Contractor Incubator Program members on grant writing support, and today's session gave our members hands-on guidance for strengthening their grant applications.

Grant funding can make a real difference for clean energy contractors looking to grow, and it was great to see our members leave with tools they can put to work right away.

Applications are open for Emerging Entrepreneurs (E2), a free six-week workshop series for entrepreneurial-minded high school and college students (16+), presented in partnership with College of DuPage.

Over six weeks, students hear directly from local founders and subject matter experts about what it takes to start and run a business.

If you know a student who's curious about business, likes solving problems, or has been talking about "someday starting something," this could be a great fit.

Applications are due September 23 and the program runs September 30 through November 4.
