We're hiring 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬!

Our Electronic Technicians are the hands behind the hardware - building cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies and electronic components that support the aerospace and defense industry. If you can solder, read a schematic, build a harness, work with electronics - you'd fit right in!

☀️ Day shift (no evenings, no weekends)
🙌 Every other Friday off
📈 Three technician levels with room to grow
🛠️ Hands-on work + ongoing training

What if your job was to help build the aircraft… and then go fly it? ✈️

We’re hiring a 𝐔𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 to join Ideal Aerosmith’s flight operations team in Maryland!

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-screen pilot role. You’ll work hands-on with engineering and production to assemble, integrate, troubleshoot, and prepare our fixed-wing UAS for flight - then take them to the sky.

We’re looking for someone with:
✈️ Group 2 & Group 3 fixed-wing UAS experience
🎮 Strong manual flight skills using RC-style/external controls
🔧 Hands-on mechanical and technical aptitude
🛩️ Experience with flight test, aircraft integration, or high-performance RC aircraft
📜 FAA Part 107
