🐜 PEST CONTROL IS NOT CREATED EQUAL. 🏆

One thing we've learned in this industry is that just because two companies offer the same service doesn't mean they deliver the same results.

At Tilley Pest Control, we don't believe in simply showing up, spraying a little chemical, and calling it a day.

We believe in doing things the RIGHT way.

✅ Taking the time to understand the problem

✅ Using proven treatment methods that actually work

✅ Treating every home and business like it's our own

✅ Building relationships, not locking customers into contracts

✅ Letting our RESULTS speak louder than our promises

We're a small, family-owned, faith-based business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We don't have hundreds of technicians or a corporate office making decisions for us. When you hire Tilley Pest Control, you're getting the same dedication, attention to detail, and personal service that built our reputation from day one.

Being voted Johnson City Press Best of the Best Pest Control Company TWO YEARS IN A ROW (2024 & 2025) means the world to us. But what means even more is the trust our customers place in our family every single day.

We're not trying to be the biggest pest control company in East Tennessee. We're working every day to be the BEST. 💪

From our family to yours, thank you for supporting local businesses and allowing us to do what we love!

God Bless 🙏

🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — 9/11/2001 🇺🇸

Today, Tilley Pest Control joins our nation in remembering the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the innocent lives taken, the first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

25 years later, we still remember the courage, sacrifice, faith, and unity our country showed in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

May we never forget those we lost, never take our freedom for granted, and never stop praying for the men and women who serve and protect our country and communities.

God bless the families of the fallen, our first responders, our military, and the United States of America. 🇺🇸🙏

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, courage, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of the United States of America.

We honor the men and women who signed the Declaration of Independence, the generations of military members who have defended our liberty, our veterans, first responders, and everyone who continues to protect the freedoms we often take for granted.

As a local, family-owned, faith-based business, we know that our ability to own a business, raise our family, worship freely, and serve our community is a blessing that should never be taken for granted.

We also believe America's greatest strength has always been found in the values of faith, family, hard work, and love of country.

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." — Psalm 33:12

🚨 Tri-Cities Friends – Please Be Careful! 🚨

We've been hearing from more and more people lately about out-of-state pest control companies going door-to-door using extremely aggressive sales tactics. Many homeowners are being pressured into signing very expensive long-term contracts that can be difficult—or sometimes very costly—to get out of, only to end up disappointed with the service they receive.

One thing we've noticed is that local pest control companies simply don't operate this way. Most of these door-to-door companies aren't even based here. They often come from places like Knoxville, Nashville, or even farther away. Some even advertise a "local office," only for customers to later discover it's not a true local business.

We're not saying you have to choose Tilley Pest Control. We simply encourage everyone to support a reputable local company—someone who lives here, works here, and will still be here years from now if you need them.

If someone comes knocking on your door trying to pressure you into signing a contract on the spot, our advice is simple: don't feel obligated to answer the door or make a decision right then. Do your research, get multiple quotes, and choose a company with a proven local reputation.

(And yes... we've even heard of some of them riding around neighborhoods on electric scooters! 😂)

Please share this post so your friends, family, and neighbors don't get caught in a contract they regret. Supporting local businesses helps keep our community strong! ❤️🐜🏡

🇺🇸 Happy Memorial Day from Tilley Pest Control 🇺🇸

Today we pause not just as a business, but as Americans, to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country. Memorial Day is more than cookouts, long weekends, and gatherings with family it is a day to reflect on the incredible sacrifice made by those who laid down their lives so we could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

As Christians, we are reminded in John 15:13: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

There is no greater earthly sacrifice than giving your life for others, and today we honor those heroes who answered that call with courage, selflessness, and unwavering love for this nation. Because of them, we are able to raise our families in freedom, worship freely, work hard, chase our dreams, and live the lives we are blessed with every single day.

At Tilley Pest Control, we are incredibly thankful for all military families, veterans, and especially those who never made it home. We also pray for the families carrying the weight of that loss today. May God bring you peace, comfort, and strength.

Let today be a reminder to cherish your loved ones, appreciate your freedom, and thank God for the blessings we have in this country.

From our family to yours, we hope everyone has a safe, meaningful, and blessed Memorial Day.

🇺🇸 God Bless Our Troops
🇺🇸 God Bless the Families of the Fallen
🇺🇸 And God Bless America

🐜🕷️ Pest Control is NOT Created Equal 🕷️🐜

At Tilley Pest Control, we don’t just “spray and go.”

We treat your home like it’s our own.

That means:

✔️ Interior baseboards throughout.
✔️ Full exterior treatment top to bottom.
✔️ Granular bait around the entire home.
✔️ Periodic web removal
✔️ Only the best of the best products used every time.

Most companies do the bare minimum… we go above and beyond every single visit 💪.

That’s why we’ve been voted Best of the Best Pest Control in the Johnson City area — back-to-back years 🏆.

If you’re tired of seeing bugs after paying for pest control… it might be time to make the switch.
