Loose fibers are a handling headache: low bulk density, prone to tangling and wrapping in processing lines, and costly to transport or store.
In this test, we ran loose fiber material through the VAZ 1300 with a film & fiber rotor and bar screen — built to handle exactly this kind of low-density, tangle-prone material without the wrapping issues standard shredders run into.
The result: a denser, more uniform, dramatically reduced output that is easier to convey, bale, and move downstream.
This before-and-after is a good example of how the right size-reduction setup turns a persistent bottleneck into a controlled, efficient process.
