A new malware campaign is targeting Claude users by stealing active login sessionsโ€”not necessarily passwords or MFA codes. Once stolen, attackers can hijack accounts and burn through AI usage, potentially creating unauthorized charges.

The bigger takeaway? AI accounts are becoming valuable credentials, too. And if your computer is compromised, your AI accounts; and potentially other saved credentials; could be at risk.
