We are proud to announce that Hetzer Asphalt is now Pennsylvania Certified, allowing us to supply PennDOT-approved asphalt mixtures that meet the Commonwealth’s rigorous quality and production standards. This certification reflects the strength of our quality control program, the professionalism of our asphalt plant personnel, and our unwavering commitment to producing materials that consistently meet the highest industry expectations. PennDOT approval requires producers to demonstrate their capability to comply with the Department’s asphalt production specifications and quality requirements.

This achievement expands our ability to serve customers throughout Pennsylvania while reinforcing the trust our clients have placed in Hetzer for more than seven decades. Today, we celebrate more than the opening of a new roadway—we celebrate the completion of a project that will shape the future of Washington County for generations.

The Professional Boulevard Extension is a critical investment in our community’s future. It improves mobility, enhances emergency response capabilities, supports continued commercial and industrial growth, and creates opportunities that will benefit businesses, residents, and visitors for decades to come. It is an honor for C. William Hetzer, Inc. to have played a role in delivering such an important piece of infrastructure.

Thank you to our operators, pipe crews, grading crews, paving crews, truck drivers, mechanics, surveyors, foremen, superintendents, and every member of our team who dedicated themselves to this project. Your commitment, skill, and professionalism transformed a vision on paper into a roadway that will serve this community long into the future.
