The Massachusetts housing market stayed busy in July, with new listings increasing 9.4% from last year, giving buyers more homes to consider. At the same time, closed sales rose 8.2% and pending sales volume increased 8.9%, reflecting strong movement. Home values also continued to trend upward, with the median sales price reaching $715,000, a 2.9% increase from July 2025.
