# 🚨 SEMI-TRUCK AUCTION – RULES & CONDITIONS 🚨

**PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE PLACING A BID.**

By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

# # # 1. CONTENTS ONLY – TRAILER NOT INCLUDED
- You are bidding on the **ENTIRE CONTENTS of the semi-trailer ONLY.**
- The semi-trailer itself is **NOT included** in this auction.
- The semi-trailer will remain on BinGo Auctions' premises and cannot be moved or removed.

# # # 2. COMPLETE UNLOADING REQUIRED
- The winning bidder is responsible for removing **EVERYTHING** from inside the trailer.
- This includes all merchandise, cardboard, packaging materials, trash, and any other debris.
- **NOTHING MAY BE LEFT BEHIND.** The trailer must be completely emptied.

# # # 3. UNLOADING HELP & EQUIPMENT
- The winning bidder is responsible for providing all necessary manpower, tools, equipment, and transportation to unload the trailer.
- **BinGo Auctions employees and equipment WILL NOT be available to assist with unloading.**
- All unloading arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

# # # 4. LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED
- Before unloading begins, **ALL individuals participating in the unloading process must sign a liability waiver.**
- By signing, individuals acknowledge the risks involved in unloading the semi-trailer and agree to release BinGo Auctions from liability for injuries that may occur during the unloading process, to the extent permitted by law.
- **NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO BEGIN UNLOADING UNTIL THE REQUIRED WAIVER HAS BEEN SIGNED.**

# # # 5. PICKUP DATES & TIMES

**Pickup will ONLY be available on the following dates:**

- **Friday, October 16, 2026:** 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- **Saturday, October 17, 2026:** 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

The winning bidder will have these two designated pickup days to completely unload the semi-trailer.

# # # 6. FINAL UNLOADING DEADLINE

🚨 **SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2026, AT 6:00 PM – NO EXCEPTIONS!**

- The semi-trailer **MUST be completely unloaded by 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 17, 2026.**
- All merchandise, cardboard, packaging materials, trash, and debris must be removed by this deadline.
- **NO ITEMS OR DEBRIS MAY BE LEFT BEHIND.**
- The winning bidder is responsible for making sure the entire trailer is emptied within the designated pickup hours.
