If I had an employee of the month, it would be this guy right here! Derek John Everhart .. it was brought to my attention that I never posted a welcome to the family post about Derek when he first started. I'm not sure how I missed that, but I did! Derek is originally from Aurora and now lives here in Hastings with his wife Mariah and their young son. He came to work for me back in January of this year. He has been such a blessing to us all and I have no idea how I made it this far without him! His managerial skills and communication abilities are top notch and I am so glad he is part of our team! Derek, thank you for all that you do and I'm sorry that I suck as a boss sometimes lol! But welcome to the Pats Auto Repair & Towing family! This may not mean anything to anyone else, but... to us, it means for 20+ years, we've been Hastings ONLY AAA Approved Repair Facility. To keep this honor, we've had to keep a 95% or higher customer satisfaction rate. That says we're doing something right!
