He’s been part of our ServiceMaster by Compass team for two years and is a certified Water Mitigation Lead — the guy you want on-site when water shows up where it shouldn’t. 💧💪 Cole grew up playing baseball (but don’t ask him to watch a game 🤣), is very into cars (yes, there’s a club involved), and he’s recently engaged — he proposed in 2025. Oh — and he has a cat named Beauty who is absolutely the boss of the house. 🐈✨We’re lucky to have him on the crew.💛
