Hello again, Pica the Mr. Appliance of Hendersonville “spokescat” back with you! This week I would like to talk with you about parts and our repair warranty vs other repair companies. For parts we only use the original manufacturers replacement parts. We don’t use any “cheap aftermarket” parts. Yes they cost more but they last longer and work properly. This is what enables us to provide a full one year warranty on our repairs. We also don’t install parts supplied by the customer for the same reason, we want the best part so we can offer that warranty. If you look at the other companies almost all of them only warranty the repair for 30 days! This is usually because they use those cheaper parts, or they just don’t want to give the longer warranty on their repair. So don’t be fooled by so called “cheaper parts and repairs” go with the best service quality parts and longest warranty around!! Also wanted to talk with you about repairing vs. replacing. In all honesty the newer machines just don’t last as long or perform as well. Fixing your appliance you already have is usually a better way to go. Think about all the hassle and added costs of buying new. There is the shopping hassle of it, the sales tax on the full purchase, plus any delivery, installation and haul away charges.
