One of our favorite kinds of projects starts with the same sentence: "We've talked about redoing this bathroom for ten years." 🛁 A couple here in Sumner County finally said it out loud — a cramped hall bath the whole family shared, one tiny sink, a tub nobody used, and zero counter space. Let's talk about the most underrated part of a bathroom remodel: lighting. 💡 You can pick gorgeous tile and a perfect vanity, but if the room is lit by one lonely fixture over the mirror, everything still feels a little flat — and getting ready in the morning turns into a guessing game.

The trick is layering it.
