How do you even begin to say goodbye to the heartbeat of your office? 😢

After more than two decades in restoration—and six years keeping all of us in line at RVA Contracting—Jayne McLean is officially hanging up her hat and heading into retirement!

She has been the calm in the storm for clients dealing with messy property damage and the glue holding our field crews and office together.

We kicked off her celebration last month at a Flying Squirrels game at CarMax Park, and it was an absolute blast. (Shoutout to her son, who willingly took a pie directly to the face on the field for the team. That's true family support right there!) 💚

Jayne, we are going to miss you immensely. The office is going to feel way too quiet without you.

If you happened to tune into WRIC last night, you might have caught Chuck popping up on screen to break down mold issues for local schools.
