🏡 Small Improvements Make a Big Difference!

At Community Management Partners LLC, we believe a beautiful neighborhood starts with teamwork between our management team and the HOA board.

Recently, one of our neighborhoods noticed some damage to their entrance sign at Carlee Drive and Jaybird Road in Hernando. Working together, the HOA and CMP helped identify the needed repairs, coordinate with a masonry company, and get the work underway. The damaged bricks were repaired, along with a hairline crack in the sign. Now it's ready for a fresh coat of paint!

This is just one example of how CMP works alongside HOA boards to identify issues, obtain quotes, coordinate contractors, and make sure needed improvements get done.

HOA board members volunteer their time to help make their communities better. Our job is to support them, help manage the details, and turn plans into action!

What makes this especially meaningful to us?

Each of these Boards told us they had never hired a professional HOA management company because they simply didn't feel there were any good options available to them, until they learned about CMP.

That speaks volumes.

These Boards weren't necessarily looking to replace another management company. They had successfully handled the responsibilities themselves for years.
