This is what the 8-Course Pizza & Wine Tasting is all about.

A room full of people, eight courses of pizza, eight wine pairings, a lot of laughs, and a few hours spent eating and drinking together at wineUdesign.

What started as an idea has turned into something I really love doing. Every tasting is different. New pizzas. New wines. New people around the table.

Thank you to everyone who came out last night and trusted us to feed you.

And a huge thank you to our friends at wineUdesign for continuing to let us do something a little crazy inside a winery on Long Island.

Pizza. Wine. People. That’s the whole idea.
