provides financial services for the I/DD community. We have a low cost alternative to customized special needs pooled trusts and other irrevocable trust instruments for agencies and families. Arlington introduced the Provider Trust, a special needs pooled trust that non-profits can adopt as their own to better manage client funds. Arlington helps administer the trust on behalf of the Trustee and a

ids with trust management, investment advisory, tax reporting, and financial planning. Our trust services are unique in that they offer a complete and transparent way of preserving assets, maintaining benefits, and addressing an individual’s specific needs; now or in the future. We are also among the least costly alternatives in terms of establishing a trust as well as ongoing expenses. Individuals who receive Medicaid, Social Security, or SSI and that have excess funds can benefit from using one or both of our trusts.
