Hell yea. Huge win!

Reposted Fi****ms Policy Coalition LEGAL ALERT: The ATF has issued an open letter with guidance regarding the NFA ruling.

“Although the district court’s injunction applies only to plaintiffs and certain other specified persons, the Department has determined to exercise its enforcement discretion to create greater uniformity, consistent with the Attorney General’s statement today. Consequently, effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled ri**es, short-barreled sh****ns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Fi****ms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation.”

The Terminus Actions Zues I ordered back in March showed up and my 6CM was able to come together finally. This is one of the nicest actions I've put my hands on. Hopefuly I put everything together right.

Went with the MDT Sporting Goods ltd. LSS Gen3 tactical chasis. My only complaints with this are the mag catch and the angled grip. I cannot for any logical reason thing of why it doesn't come with the adjuatable one they offer other than they want to force people to give them more money. I spent hours filing the one on my 6.5 to only give up and order the adustable.

It's also an absolue pain in the ass to swap out.

MDT, do better and just put the adjustable one in ALL chasis.

The angled grip it comes with just sucks for this kind of shooting. Straight to the trash with it.

The chasis as a whole is super solid and I like all the fine tuning you can do to the adjustments. Not sure if I'll get a folder for this one or not yet.
