We will be set up at Tractor Supply in Carlyle tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bags are priced at $10 per bag, and all proceeds go to Trinity Lutheran School in Hoyleton.

Available in non-screened (Bulk; $25 per yard), screened (Bulk; $35 per yard), screened (Bagged; $5 per 1 cubic ft bag)

Dairy cow manure compost is rich in nutrients, an excellent slow-release fertilizer, improves soil health, increases water retention in sandy soils, enhances drainage in clay soils, adds high levels of organic matter, breaks up compacted soil, improves aeration, helps balance soil pH, reduces sediment loss/erosion, promotes photosynthesis, odorless, helps keeps w**ds out, and is very versatile. This compost can be used in gardening, trees, lawns, flower beds, and etc.

The misconception is that cow manure compost will burn up your plants but by "composting/aging" the manure, it allows all the bad bacteria to die off and leaves the good bacteria needed for your plants to excell in growing.
