Communication can make or break a real estate transaction.

There are a lot of moving pieces between contract and closing — buyers, agents, lenders, title companies, appraisers, underwriters and more.

When communication breaks down, small issues can become big ones quickly.

One of the biggest commitments I make to my clients and Realtor partners is simple: you won’t have to wonder what’s going on.

I believe in being proactive, communicating early and often, and picking up the phone when something needs to be handled.

Because great communication doesn’t just make the process less stressful.

🚨 Before you wire ANY money when buying a home, do this first.

Wire fraud is real, and scammers can make an email look incredibly convincing.

Whether you’re sending your earnest money deposit or your funds for closing, ALWAYS call the title company using a phone number you independently verified and confirm the wiring instructions verbally.

⚠️ Don’t use the phone number in the email you’re trying to verify.

Two minutes could protect tens of thousands of dollars.

Save this one for when you’re under contract. 🏡
