Today, we gathered at the breathtaking forest of Loch Tay Manor for Auriana and Brendan’s wedding rehearsal. Surrounded by towering trees, the beauty of nature, and the incredible magic of Scotland, we caught our first glimpse of where these two will say, “I do.”

As a mom, there are moments you wish you could bottle up and keep forever. Watching your daughter prepare to marry the love of her life is one of them.

Tomorrow, this forest becomes more than a beautiful place. It becomes the beginning of their forever. Let the wedding magic begin! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Some places are so beautiful they take your breath away, and The Dome in Edinburgh, Scotland, is absolutely one of them!
The kind of festive elegance that feels like stepping into a Christmas fairytale! But my favorite part? How I discovered this extraordinary place in the first place!…
A lovely Scottish couple was walking past my home on Balboa Island in California when they spotted my Scottish flag. That little flag sparked a conversation, and they told me I HAD to visit The Dome when I came to Scotland.

And here I am! Isn’t it amazing how a simple conversation with a stranger can lead you to a place you’ll never forget?

Hello, Edinburgh! Scotland, you had me at hello! The streets are alive with people, music, laughter, and that energy that makes you want to keep wandering. We’re already enjoying a Guinness, getting into conversations about football, and feeling right at home.

And how fascinating that our hotel still preserves an antique printing press in its archives, a beautiful piece of history that connects us to another era!

There’s something magical about a place that feels so full of life. The atmosphere, the history, the people… I LOVE this place!

Edinburgh, I have a feeling we’re going to have a wonderful time together!

A little magic, a lot of memories, and a beautiful full-circle moment! (And this mama is crying!) We saw Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at London’s Palace Theatre, and WOW! What an incredible experience and memory…

We read every single Harry Potter book when my children were teenagers, and I brought them to London to celebrate Auriana’s 16th birthday around the release of Book Six. Those books were such a big part of that season of our lives. And now, here we are, back in London, reliving some of that magic with my grown-up children, on our way to Scotland to celebrate Auriana’s WEDDING!

😭 crying!! How does the time go by so quickly? One minute you’re raising teenagers who are obsessed with Harry Potter, and the next you’re traveling across the world to watch your daughter marry Brendan Geels! 😭 🩵

Life is made up of these beautiful chapters. The adventures change, the children grow up. Can anyone relate? Or am I just nuts?
This mama’s heart is so incredibly FULL. ❤️

17,000 steps exploring London! 🇬🇧 From Trafalgar Square to ch*****ne and scones on a T-bus tour, followed by drinks at the legendary Savoy, what a day!

One highlight was seeing Lady in Blue, the stunning sculpture by artist Tschabalala Self, born in 1990. Installed on September 10, 2026, it will be in Trafalgar Square for two years, celebrating the everyday woman who stands confidently in her own skin and embraces life with optimism. A beautiful reminder that you don’t have to be famous to be extraordinary!

Grabbed a Guinness and fish and chips and a pub… Walked Hyde Park with needy Diana Memorial, Peter Pan statue… The memories of when I brought my kids here as teenagers!… Went on a Tea Bus Tour, drank ch*****ne and ate scones… Enjoyed drinks at the Savoy!

London, I love you! The history, art, elegance, and unforgettable experiences with the people I love. What more could a girl ask for?

Last night we had a delicious dinner at Gilgamesh, inspired by the legendary ancient Mesopotamian king, and ran around Covent Garden with these two amazing humans, Beau and Eolyne.
