✨July's South Western Idaho Employee of the Month ✨

📢 Big shoutout to July's Employee of the Month, Kyleigh, one of our hard working Contents Technicians.🏆

👥Joining a new team and learning a new position can be a lot to take on, especially in the restoration industry where no two days—or jobs—are exactly the same. As our newest Contents Technician, Kyleigh was right in the middle of learning her new role, getting familiar with our processes, and completing her training when things suddenly got busy.

💪Instead of sitting back and waiting until she felt like she knew everything, she did what great team members do—she jumped in and helped!

📘Kyleigh was willing to get out on jobs, assist wherever she was needed, and learn through hands-on experience, all while continuing to work through her training.

💯She has never let being new stop her from contributing. Kyleigh showed up with a willingness to learn, a great work ethic, and a positive attitude—even when things were moving quickly and there was plenty to do. That kind of attitude makes a difference.

💛Being willing to step outside of your comfort zone, ask questions, learn from others, and help your teammates when they need it is exactly what makes a strong team member. Kyleigh has already shown that she isn't afraid of hard work and that she genuinely wants to learn and become better at what she does.

👏We especially appreciate the positive energy and attitude Kyleigh brings to the team. No matter how busy things get, having someone who is willing to pitch in, keep learning, and approach the day with a good attitude makes a big impact on everyone around them.

😀We are so happy to have Kyleigh as part of our team and are excited to watch her continue to grow in her role. This is just the beginning, and we know she has a lot of great things ahead of her!

✨July's Eastern Idaho Employee of the Month ✨

📢 Big shoutout to July's Employee of the Month, Paul, one of our hard working Mitigation Project Managers.🏆

💪Being a Mitigation Project Manager is no easy job—and Paul makes it look effortless! Especially when customers think he is THE Paul, there's a lot of pressure. 😅

📅 His days are filled with constant movement, changing schedules, unexpected challenges, customer calls, jobsite visits, coordinating crews, communicating with homeowners, and making sure every part of a project stays on track.

⏰ In the restoration industry, no two days are the same, and he has to be ready to adjust, problem-solve, and keep things moving at a moment’s notice.

🫶 But beyond the schedules, paperwork, and project details, one of the most important parts of his job is taking care of our customers. When someone is dealing with water damage, a disaster, or an unexpected loss in their home or business, they are often stressed and unsure of what comes next. Paul is there to provide communication, guidance, reassurance, and a plan to get things moving in the right direction.

👊 Even on the busiest days, our Paul brings a "Lets Do This” attitude to the job.

💛 He works hard to keep our customers informed, support the crews, solve problems, and make sure the job is handled with care and attention to detail.

🙏 We appreciate the long days, the quick problem-solving, the countless phone calls, the schedule juggling, and everything that happens behind the scenes to keep our projects moving.
