Our client, a public agency, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to their Leadership team. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and agendas, tracking deadlines and correspondence, preparing reports and public-facing documents, managing calendars and travel arrangements, and serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within a government, public sector, or professional office setting. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism are essential.
